Quick Bug Fix:
#1) No Graphics appearing in your tool buttons
Download latest version of comctl32.dll (4.71) from www.microsoft.com or here.
Unzip this file and copy it into your c:\windows\system directory.
#2) File Not Found errors on load up
If you had version 2.x of Worgan and were UNREGISTERED
you will see this message when you try to 'upgrade' to Worgan 3.x
