simple wave playing utility

For use with MapMaster

I wrote this little utility so that it will autoload a wave file that is part of loading parameters. This means, that when you uses this program under MapMaster and you click a hot-spot button, the wave player will load and immediately begin playing the desired wave.
To install, just unzip into whatever directory you want to put it. Remember, if using it with MapMaster, you must modify MapMaster's properties to specify the new wave player.
