The TimeLine is allows you to track anything that requires measuring time by date in a year/month format.
There is a worgan.tim included with this distribution of Worgan. Play with it. Notice that in the Years column, only those years that have dates are listed. This makes navigating a large time-line easier.
How to Create a New Calendar:
1. Choose a Calendar: Go to FILE|NEW. Now go to the combo-box in the upper left hand corner. If you have created any other calendars then click on it. Any calendars in your calendar directory will appear here. If you have not created any new calendars of your own then only default will appear. This is how you assign your own calendars to be used for the timeline.
2. Add Dates 
: Underneath Create a New Date there are three selection boxes. Choose the data, month, and year appropriate to this entry. Then click Add Data to add the date to the timeline.
3. Describe Dates: Go back to the list and click on the date you want to describe. Under Notes enter any details. For example, you might want to describe the events of a great war, or the day of discovery for a vaccine that saves the human race, or the birth of your main character.
Some suggestions: Don't make a huge time-line. For example, if possible separate a time-line into periods, each one having a different file. Perhaps your World had the Golden Age, the Dark Age, and the Shadow Age. Each of these could be a separate file.
