A project is any 'task' that you may be working on. For Worgan, a project is most often considered a story or a novel, although it can be other things. The Project tools build upon the resources available in the notebook
To start a project you first create a card with the basic information in it. Go to the Card Properties and fill in any desired information. Choose a due date if the project must be completed within a certain amount of time. Be sure to select appropriate foci for this project.
