Before a project will appear in the submission book it needs to be tagged 'finished'. In previous versions of Worgan this was accomplished by adding a finished foci. This still works. However, under Card Properties there is now a finished option. Select it and the card will be considered done.
This means that it will now show up in the submission book. You can send this story/project out to different markets and keep track of it. When you sell your work you record this information per project.
If you have a project that you will never send out anymore it is best to retire it. Select the retired option from the card properties. This project will no longer show up in searches unless you trigger the search to search for retired work.
