To get the most out of Worgan you should familiarize yourself with the QuickButtons and the Inline Threads.
Also if you are interested in project management then you should check out the General Reminders.
There is also a Quick Note; just click the light-bulb on the right-hand tool-bar. A small note place pops up; just jot down anything that comes quickly to mind, and click the light-bulb again to close (and save) the note.
