You can delete a card by right-clicking and selecting Delete Card. This process does not actually delete a card. It just blanks it. Next time you go to add card, it recycles one of your blank cards first, before actually adding a card. This retains the relative positions of all the other cards. a good thing, when using Inline Threads.
