There are no links from the character to any of the world-building tools other than races. This is not an oversight, it was done to keep the data structures used in Worgan from growing too large.
This does not mean that you cannot link a character to a culture, or a faith.
Use the Inline links to associate settings, cultures, or any other tool to the character that you are working on. This lets you concentrate on the creative aspects of your endevour and not the mundane. Figure 0 shows a sample card with some links (in red). As a user all you would have to do is click on the link and the file would be loaded for you automatically.
