This time saving feature allows the user to break their text in the Notebook into sections. The bookmarks (definable with Setup Properties). Simply click on the bookmark desired, say Plans For and drag and drop this bookmark where you want it in the text. Now type some text into the text area.
Click on Plans For and you will be returned to where you placed the bookmark.
You can now choose fonts for your book-marks (Go to Utilities|Properties and find the General page. See Setup Properties for more information).
Make sure that when you drop the bookmark that you do so by dropping it aligned with the left side of the text. Otherwise the formatting will be off.
